3. Products & Accuracy

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colours, dimensions, and descriptions. However, due to the nature of digital screens, slight colour variations may occur between product images and the actual item. OURYE cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the exact colours of products. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

4. Pricing

All prices on the OURYE website are displayed in Great British Pounds (£ GBP) and include applicable VAT for UK customers. For EU customers, local taxes and duties may apply at the point of customs clearance (see our Shipping Policy). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, orders already confirmed will be honoured at the price shown at the time of purchase.

5. Orders & Contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Pricing errors on our website
  • Stock unavailability
  • Failure of payment authorisation

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has already been taken.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payment information is encrypted using SSL technology. OURYE does not store your full card details.

EU customers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
