At OURYE, we are committed to delivering your fashion orders quickly and reliably across the United Kingdom and Europe. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our delivery timelines, costs, and procedures.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after payment has been confirmed. During peak periods (sale events, bank holidays, Christmas), processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the dispatch date, not the order date. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

3. Free UK Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders with a total value of £50 or more (after any discounts applied). This threshold applies to physical goods only and is calculated before shipping costs are added.

4. Tracked Shipping

All orders are dispatched with tracked delivery services. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For deliveries within the United Kingdom, all prices include applicable VAT. For deliveries to European Union countries, please be aware that import duties and local taxes may apply depending on your country's customs regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. OURYE cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notification card with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or collect from a local depot. If a parcel is not collected or redelivery is not arranged within the carrier's specified timeframe, the parcel may be returned to us. In this case, the customer will be responsible for additional redelivery charges.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the matter with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
